We will conduct UN38.3 test in our Richmond California facility
 | * If the battery packs are from BatterySpace.com, we will do the
charge-discharge cycle for our customers free of charge. Depends on
battery's capacity, the 25 cycles may take 1-4 weeks. * Please send us an email for your specific cell/battery pack for quotation. * Lead Time starts upon receipt of samples at 3rd party lab. * Since the samples might be damaged during testing, we can not ship back
to you. But if you want to arrange somebody to pick up from our facility
(in Richmond California) , we can save the battery packs for pick up.
Otherwise, we will discard all testing samples after test. * Above information is updated on 6/29/2020
